I received my bachelors in speech and hearing sciences from the University of Arizona and my Masters in beautiful Flagstaff Arizona at Northern Arizona University. I have been an SLP for almost 10 years. I specialize in working with children with Dyslexia and other language-literacy disorders. Over the past 2 years, I have had the pleasure of presenting and co-presenting on this topic at various conferences for other SLP’s, families, educators and administrators, and aspiring teachers across Arizona, Kentucky, and West Virginia. I have two webinars on Speech Pathology.com and was a guest on the Dyslexics Wanted Podcast.
I have a passion for helping other SLP’s and educators understand our role in identifying and working with children with Dyslexia. I also love helping families to better understand their child and their needs, identify strategies to support them at home, and advocate for their needs.
