WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
At this time, I do not submit any claims to insurance. Services are provided on a private pay basis, and I accept cash, checks, HSA cards, and all other major credit cards. I am also accepting classwallet for ESA funds. I am happy to provide you with the necessary documentation and codes for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement as an out of network provider or to add the amount towards your deductible.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Please print and fill out the New Patient Forms and return them as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the forms, I will reach out to schedule the initial intake call and schedule the in person evaluation. Filling this paperwork out prior to the evaluation saves time and is greatly appreciated.
HOW LONG WILL AN EVALUATION TAKE AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
HOW LONG AND FREQUENT ARE THERAPY SESSIONS?
The in-person portion of the evaluation can range from 2-4 hours depending on the type and the age of the child. All evaluations are completed in-home. If the evaluation is longer than 2 hours, it will be completed in at least two separate sessions. Prior to the initial in-person visit, we will schedule an intake call to go over your concerns and review medical and developmental history. This allows me to choose the best evaluation tools and procedures for your child. Once the evaluation is completed, another session will be scheduled to review the results and discuss an intervention plan.
Sessions typically last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, 2-4x per week, depending on the needs of your child. Frequency of your child’s appointments will be discussed during the review of the evaluation results.
